The 1$ billion dollar
ruling on Samsung go too far?
In the article it tells how the author feels about the
event. How the Apple and Samsung case is a little ridiculous. He expresses that
in this country it seems anything can be patented.
I feel the case is imbecile. It really does seem that
anything can be patented. I think a
patent system is good, but if it goes too far, then it just goes too far. It’s simply
popustraus that Samsung had to pay Google 1 billion
dollars for using a phone with round edges. These patents are getting so stupid. Don’t get
me wrong the Patents can be useful, but some are going way too far.
This impacts not only me but the world. The Apple Company is
also effect tremendously. Also that’s 1
billion dollars outta Samsung’s pocket. That’s a lot of money for using just
rounded edges on a phone. The United
States patent system needs a reality check because it’s getting bad.
